Windows Phone 7 Officially Announced
On Monday, October 11, Microsoft announced Windows Phone 7 to the world in NYC. The highly awaited mobile OS is almost here, and we have the details!

Windows Phone 7 will launch globally before the end of the year, but we are focusing on the North American line-up. As Microsoft stated earlier, AT&T will be the “premier” partner for WinPho7 (our nickname for Windows Phone 7 here, just as we used to call Windows Mobile “WinMo”).
AT&T will have the Samsung Focus, the HTC Surround, and the LG Quantum. T-Mobile will get the massive HTC HD7, as well as the Dell Venue Pro.
